Written by [[Matt Hess]], the same man leading the [[circumcision ban]] in [[San Fransisco]] "For the health of the child", the comic follows the adventures of Miles Hastwick as he battles the evil [[Rabbi]] Monster Mohel and his rampage in removing the foreskin of children everywhere in legal, safe and religious activities. In the first issue, the hero meets up with his girlfriend during one of his wild booze parties on his yacht full of busty girls (The comic is NSFW) and she tells him about how her sister marries a [[Jewish]] man and is able to talk him out of circumcising the child. Much to Miles Hastwick's relief.

Because of the Matt Hess' attempt to ban [[circumcision]] in San Francisco and this comic's bias partial of the Jewish people and the religious act, there have been several questions raised by many people about whether or not it all is anti-semitic. An attempt to persecute the Jewish in the area and push them out with tactics that are eerily similar to [[Nazi propaganda]] like the movie "[[Der Ewige Jude]]". They compare the posters for the movie and the trading card for Monster Mohel and find similarities between them. Along side that, Miles Hastwick is the image of the pure [[Aryan]] race that Nazi's point to as Human perfection corrupted by the Jews.
