I'm saying no because homosexuality is a desire, not an act. The Bible only condemns acts of homosexuality. A gay person can find peace in conversion therapy, dedicating himself to a life of abstinence, or truly and sincerely repenting his behavior to God prior to the previous two. Furthermore, prison environments tend to lend themselves to homosexual acts. Would a gay person therefore not actively want to be imprisoned?
