Is it just me? or are al these examples of Judicial activism... shall we say... leaning a certain way... It seems as if every time they rule in favor of Conservatives it's a darn fine ruling, but if they rule liberal... It's an activist judge... What's the deal? :Being conservative is inherently the resistance to radical change, and the conservation of the principles already in place, which have worked so well.  When a judge rules against conservative principles, they are also ruling against law, president, and culture.  Instead of deciding what the law says, as s their job, they decide what the law ''should say'' (in their opinions) and rule based on their own preferences, rather than the law they are employed to uphold. --[[User:DavidB4|<font color="ForestGreen">David B</font>]] <small>([[User talk:DavidB4|TALK]])</small> 10:27, 28 July 2016 (EDT)
