I don't understand the fixation with Zionism. Anyone who supports the existence of Israel is a zionist. In so far as Sarkozy's maternal grandfather Aaron Mallah had converted to Catholicism, which was anti-Zionist, and taken the name Benedict, his history does not suggest any special Zionism from this alone.
Given the problem France has with immigration, Muslim assimilation, and Muslim terror, it is clear that this article has been hijaacked by a pro-Islamist or Third Worldist leftist, as shown by the use of the UAE-funded leftist Juan Cole as a source. This page has been defaced by a leftist and is now arguably more leftist than that in Wikipedia.
