Clearing up right to life in cases where a person has committed a heinous crime.
Line 1: Line 1:
The '''"Right to Life"''' is a belief that all humans have a natural right to live and to continue living. Those who oppose [[abortion]] believe that a human [[fetus]] is a [[human being]] and also has the right to life.  Right-to-life organizations can claim some fairly major recent victories, including a favorable [[Supreme Court]] opinion that ended the practice of [[partial-birth abortion]].

This is not to say that humans who have been convicted of a heinous crime (such as murder, rape, kidnapping, etc.) do not deserve the death penalty. The '''"Right to Life"''' belief operates under the assumption that people have not done anything deserving of being put to death. This would mean that an unborn child that was murdered by abortion most certainly did not deserve the abortion and deserves to be alive, as it cannot be guilty of anything.
