:Let me just note that Jesus would ''not'' say "WTF". Also, there were strong political opinions back in Jesus's day, even if it wasn't on the left-right spectrum. The Bible is clear on morality, ethics, proper living, and so many other areas. Our political views should be shaped first and foremost off the Bible. Remember that Jesus's kingdom is not of this world (John 18:36), so politics may not have been Jesus's primary concern, but it seems clear that conservatism and the right-wing of the political spectrum today is much more closely aligned with Christianity.
