'''Yosemite Sam''' is a short, red-haired, irascible cartoon character who is an antagonist in some [[Looney Tunes]] cartoons. He usually ends up shooting at [[Bugs Bunny|Bugs]], and it is not uncommon for him to use explosives as well. He is known for defending the Mason–Dixon line in a comedic manner, being impossibly old for his appearance and having never received direct orders from General Lee that the Civil War is over.
