:I must disagree. Although horribly misrepresented, this is real. It works quite simply:
:#Government reduces oppressive fines, fees, etc. on businesses (large and small)
:#Companies not have more capitol
:#Extra capitol is used to buy new equipment, facilities, and materials (supporting other businesses)
:#Extra capitol is used to hire new employees, and possibly give raises to existing workers
:#The money which would have been taken by taxes now belongs to the employees and partners of the company.
