Monarch "programming" is a complex process, described extensively by Fritz Springmeier in his book, ''The Illuminati Formula Used to Create an Undetectable Total Mind Control Slave''. The process uses psychological and physical torture in order to induce trauma. This trauma creates amnesia walls in the victim, dissociating their alter persona from their core persona, giving them Multiple Personality Dissorder. Alternate personalities, which are then programmed, can be triggered to take over the victim's body at any time in the future by use of specific phrases, songs, etc. Movies are also used to guide the victim through the process. "The Wizard of Oz," and "Alice in Wonderland" are the most commonly used.
