::::Just a suggestion, but why don't we put the commonly accepted date of death and in parentheses put something like "reported" or "commonly believed", and then we add a footnote explaining the strong case of why the reported date is not the case? This would be somewhat similar to [[Larry McDonald]], only that we would make the earlier death date more visible.
