Because at first and last quarter moon phases the observers on Earth have the same frame of reference as the sun would during the full moon phase. Those frames of reference reveal the constant SPEED of the moon (see simplified explanation again)

There is no problem with the velocities, there is no problem with "acceleration", the only problem is your desperate attempt to throw everything but the kitchen sink at a simple proof to try and prove a flawed model is accurate. This proof is about reconciling relative motion (which you never address and consistently ignore or deny with your latest frame of reference statement) with the moon phases. You continually ask about my physics education, understanding, and I'm sure you want to know about any letters after my name. That's because, like your equations, you weight veracity on its source. This is also wrong. If Einstein's theories are wrong, they are wrong. If Einstein writes an equation, that doesn't make it correct, or proof of something. If you, on the other hand, are correct, you're correct. Truth and accuracy are not dependent upon their source, but their merit. From here on out my reply is (see simplified explanation) because you're wasting my time with particle acceleration nonsense and every ridiculous premise as if a mode of acceleration negated relative motion theory.

"do passengers in the Ford Earth always have the same frame of reference to the Chevy moon?"

Yes, they do. A frame of reference is a set of coordinates that allows us to describe the position of particles. The frame of reference does not change. This is why I am curious as to your background I'm physics in case you havent seen the maths before. I would also like to hear your thoughts on my maths. After all, physics is a highly mathematical subject.

As we have agreed before, our difference is which frame of reference (the earth's or the sun's) the speed of the moon is constant in. The reference I provided earlier suggests it is the earth's frame of reference it's speed is constant in.

I agree with what you say about if a clever person says something, it doesn't mean it is true.

You say "This proof is about reconciling relative motion (which you never address and consistently ignore or deny" can you expand on this please. I've worked out how the moon moves in earth's frame of reference, done the maths to get it into the sun's frame of reference. Can you say what is wrong with my maths. If I am wrong, then my maths must also be wrong

My point with the acceleration is that in your analogy you have included an angular acceleration (not transverse my mistake) whereas in the earth-moon system there is none (assuming as before the moon follows a circular orbit in the earth's frame of reference.)
