/* Hillary for Mayor */
::Nothing has been able to stop the Clintons...until this election. I hope she just goes into shock and retires. However, I doubt we've seen the last of her in public office. --<font color="ForestGreen">David B</font> <small>(TALK)</small> 23:36, 10 January 2017 (EST)
:::New York City politics is very rough, and it is a lot more fun to be a national figure than a big city mayor. Look at all the trouble Rahm Emanuel got into as Chicago Mayor. I predict that the Clintons will go back to the Clinton Foundation and that Hillary will work to improve the rights of women in many foreign countries. Also, while former Presidents by tradition give the guy in the Oval Office a break, I doubt that the Clintons will withhold comment on Donald Trump if they find an opportunity to second guess or criticize him, particularly on foreign policy or "conflicts of interest." A lot of "deplorables" are registered to vote in New York City. JDano (talk) 23:51, 10 January 2017 (EST)
::::Yah but New York is unique. The Mayor gets his own Mansion, Gracie Mansion, like White House. No other city does that. Then the 5 Burroughs have their own Presidents. Plus you got a bunch of Vice-Mayors, so their really isn't a lot of administrative work day-to-day. The jobs loaded with perks, and mostly honorary engagements, like the Queen of England. I don't see how the Clinton's can pass that up. RobS#NeverHillary 00:23, 11 January 2017 (EST)
