Hitler didn't live that long after the 1944 assassination attempt. I doubt a 57 year old man could have recovered fully from tbe injuries he recieved to continue abusing drugs "long after". Yeah, "Doctor" Theodor Morell had a rather "creative" view of medical treatment.
