The '''American Committee on United Europe (ACUE)''' was an [[United States|American]] foundation which has the task to counter the communist imperialism from the [[Soviet Union]] after [[World War II]], it was founded in 1948 and it's first chairman was [[William J. Donovan]] a member of the [[Republican Party]], it was created after request by people like [[Winston Churchill]] and [[Richard von Coudenhove-Kalergi]] and was financed by the [[CIA]], the intention was to promote [[European integration]], the [[European Economic Community]] and to keep [[Marxism-Leninism]] outside the boundaries.
