|The 2016 HBO film based on the presidency of [[Lyndon B. Johnson]] is a good example of a historical revisionist film, palatable for today's poorly educated audiences. Liberals distorting history to hold Pres. Johnson's legacy in high regard, as well as ignoring many of the President's faults, including the War on Poverty and how it created a welfare state which destroyed great opportunities for untold numbers of African American families.
