|The context started in verse 9 in that believers will be facing death but if they endure, they will be saved.  The same Greek word for saved is used in verse 22 which is more clearly in reference to physical salvation.

|This is how to endure.  If a believer is killed before the end, then they will not be rescued by angels per Daniel 12:1 but will instead be resurrected per Daniel 12:2.  These believers were born again after the rapture of the church since they will not have power over the Anti-Christ Matthew 16:18.
