Zechariah 14:5 describes two types of people at the Lord's return, 1: believers on the ground who will admire the Lord's return, 2: saints who return with Him and glorify Him. The believers on the ground were born again after the rapture of the church and managed to endure to the end, the saints returning from Heaven is the previously resurrected church.

A third sub-set of believers will be Old-Testament saints who are resurrected at the time of the return of Jesus Christ (Daniel 12:2). This group includes those believers from Adam until the resurrection of Jesus Christ and those who became born again after the rapture of the church but died before the end. An example is Jude 14 where Enoch is on the ground admiring the return of Jesus as He returns with His saints.
