:It may be considered a form of conservatism, but people's perceptions of it as conservatism does not make it conservatism. I think our article [[Conservative]] accurately describes what conservatism is (or at least what it should be). Neoconservatism does not agree with or does not feel strongly on many conservative principles. I think one could accurately call it "big government conservatism" or "perverted conservatism."
