Excavations of the sacred precinct reveal that it contained temples to Asclepius and [[Artemis]], a [[theatre]], [[stadium]], [[gymnasium]]s, [[bath]]s, a tholos, a [[hospital]], and an abaton, an area where patients slept. Inscriptions record divine medical cures.
