Really? Where is your proof or source that the majority of Americans oppose same sex 'marriage' and abortion? According to the Gallup survey and many other polls that I researched shows that around 60 percent of Americans support same sex marriage and and only around 29 percent oppose it. That support in the U.S is statistically high compared to many other countries that do not allow same sex 'marriage'.

Regarding abortion about 57 percent of Americans support abortion either most or all cases while only 39 percent say that abortion should be legal. About 42 percent of Americans believe in creation which is slightly lower than the belief in evolution.
