:::European liberals are liberals nonetheless, and at least when referring to eugenics, I think it's clear that liberals support it (unless you can show me that many of them oppose aborting babies with Down Syndrome). BTW, Hungary is actually a conservative nation. The post-communist nations in Eastern Europe have shifted strongly to the Right.
