::::::In this case, you would go edit the page [[John Fleming]].  At the top of that page's code, there is a template.  One of the variables in that template is "image" (third line down). After the equals sign, you would just replace the only image name ("Johnfleming.jpg‎") with the new one (leaving out the "File:" prefix).  Then save it, and you should see the updated image there.  If you are not sure you've done it right, you can also use the "Preview" tab at the top of the edit box before you save it.  I've done it for you, but [http://www.conservapedia.com/index.php?title=John_Fleming&diff=1346408&oldid=1345043 here is the change] if you want to take a look.
