I don't see how this phrase:
:"Why would Jesus voluntarily submit to a crucifixion unless it was to be followed by a resurrection?"
is an example of simple logic. There could be any number of reasons why he would submit to his execution. I don't think even Christian's think he only did it to prove that he would be resurrected.
