Another problem lingers with FusionGPS. They have defied a Senate Judiciary inquiry from Chuck Grassley as to ''who'' hired them to write the Steele dossier. FusionGPS cites cites attorney-client privilege, which reeks of Clintonism. So the administration may have to get a special prosecutor (the FBI has been compromised in this investigation) or the Federal Election Commission and whatever else on this case.
