We don't need a section header for this info, and we don't need wordy in-your-face language showing that a program opposed by conservatives was a financial success (as of Nov. 2014). This is a conservative encyclopedia, and we are not going to parade the financial success of such a program as of nearly three years ago (as if that's all that matters about it).
