| | I guess in the case of the liberal media people like The View, Rachel Maddow, Shephard Smith, as well as the NFL and NCAA (all of whom technically are advertising for them or on them for a profit), people might just want to know (especially with the mess in the NFL (and how the NCAA, like the NFL, has gone to being political and attacking religious liberty bills and the NFL went further by insulting the National Anthem and being somewhat sympathetic to Black Lives Matter.) I had thought that a wiki format would be ideal for advertisers as they change so much. If, however, you would prefer that I don't, then I won't do it anymore (I already did it for the NFL, NCAA, Shepard Smith, Al Sharpton, etc.) [[User:PatriotMongoose|PatriotMongoose]] ([[User talk:PatriotMongoose|talk]]) 23:29, 3 October 2017 (EDT) | | I guess in the case of the liberal media people like The View, Rachel Maddow, Shephard Smith, as well as the NFL and NCAA (all of whom technically are advertising for them or on them for a profit), people might just want to know (especially with the mess in the NFL (and how the NCAA, like the NFL, has gone to being political and attacking religious liberty bills and the NFL went further by insulting the National Anthem and being somewhat sympathetic to Black Lives Matter.) | | + | :I reverted most (I don't think all) of it. As I said, a lot of this is boring and doesn't add much to the articles (the advertisers are often not ''directly'' related to the article). The formatting doesn't help either (the list is very long and takes up a lot of space). In many of these cases, it is not clear that these advertisers are endorsing a left-wing agenda. If a company is truly non-partisan, they will advertise on both liberal and conservative channels because they are highly-watched. If I were an advertiser advertising for a product having nothing to do with politics, I would advertise both in liberal and conservative channels so the most people see my ads. Simply advertising on CNN or another show does not automatically make a company liberal. It is only proof if these companies refuse to also advertise on conservative shows and/or if they make it very clear that they are endorsing a left-wing agenda rather than simply advertising. |
