So now we have a fairly clear idea what happened in the Bill Clinton/Loretta Lynch tarmac meeting. Clinton hand delivered Steele's first report naming Trump, Page, Manafort, and Epshtyn. A day or two later the Obama administration began using the foreign intelligence court and foreign intelligence gathering agencies to harass domestic political opponents.
