As even the liberals in had to admit, this doesn't in any way meant that gay students will be unprotected from bullying, it just means that the federal government won't be wasting time and money on claims which are usually a bunch of nonsense.

:As for whether this should be listed, I can go either way. Even if the only source is one spokesman, it it probably credible enough. This does show a policy change, so it might be worth mentioning. ::I am now leaning in favor of adding this info -- I'll see if there are any more reports on this.
