== Was he really short? ==

We've all heard that Napoleon was short--his officially recorded height at his death was five feet, two inches.  However, I'm now reading that this is a misunderstanding, due to differences in the British and French measuring systems. Historians using this argument seem to agree that he was actually about 5 feet, 6.5 inches tall in modern measuring units. Is this true?  If so, we need to revise this article, since it says "Although short and not physically imposing..." which goes along with what I've always heard. I don't know that it's the best resource, but here is a web page which explains this issue a little: [https://history.howstuffworks.com/history-vs-myth/napoleon-short.htm] --[[User:DavidB4|<font color="ForestGreen">David B</font>]] ([[User talk:DavidB4|TALK]]) 16:37, 8 March 2018 (EST)
