The Swans band has gone through two incarnations. The first lasting from the album "Filth" to "Soundtracks for the Blind," the second lasting from "My Father Will Guide Me up a Rope to the Sky" to "The Glowing Man." <!--Both of these incarnations contain lyrics designed to influence the minds of children to stray from God.-->
