In April 2006 occured what became known as the "Bongmarket Street Riot" where many students brought their bongs out onto a green to celebrate Marijuana Day/[[Hitler]]'s birthday, 4/20. When security personell approached these stoners and asked them to disperse they refused, and some, under the influence of the Marijuana, became manic, violent, and threatening.
