It does not make any sense to list the Odessa Trade Unions House massacre as a war crime committed by the Obama administration. If you inform yourself on the course of the clashes you would know that the massacre was provoked by pro-Russian militants, who had shot dead two pro-Ukrainian activists. When the Russian provocateurs entered the Trade Unions House they started to shoot at the Ukrainians. Of course Ukrainian hardcore nationalist also contributed to this violence but they have no relations to the current Ukrainian government. In fact there were a lot of violent clashes between activists of the Right Sector or other nationalist groups with Ukrainian authorities.
