This is an annotated copy of the indictment, issued by the [[Mueller office|special counsel]] of the [[Department of Justice]] (DOJ), on July 13, 2018.  It indicts 12 [[Russia]]n nationals of a number of  computer crimes against various entities in the [[United States]].

Since these people are Russian nationals, it is extremely unlikely that they will ever be brought to justice.  It is nevertheless very impressive that the law enforcement agencies of the United States were able to track these activities down in such detail.  As the saying goes, "The FBI always gets their man."<ref>This editorial comment was posted by a foreigner residing outside the United States who has the motto of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police confused with the FBI.</ref>
