During the voting of the Dilma Rousseff in the Congress, on April 17, 2016, Bolsonaro dedicated his vote to [[Brilhante Ustra]], the only militair that was declared by the Justice as a "torturer", and who allegedly was the torturer of Rousseff in the 1970s.
