'''Adam Schiff''' is a member of the [[United States House of Representatives]] from [[California]] and chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (HPSCI). Schiff is known for what many have described as his [[psychotic]] stare.
In the 116th Congress, Schiff served as ranking [[Democrat]] on the House Intelligence Committee tasked with looking into "Russian hacking" and the [[Obama administration]]'s domestic political spying. In the aftermath of [[Hillary Clinton]]'s [[2016 Presidential election]] loss, Democrats, Obama intelligence operatives, and the [[Progressive media]] put out the [[fake news]] story Russians had hacked the election. Such reports were subsequently discredited.
