After the failed experiment and loss of personal freedom to state power and government coersion, there is no longer a debate whether the Democratic party is a communist party.

On December 14, 2018, a federal judge declared ObamaCare to be unconstitutional under the same 5-4 [[U.S. Supreme Court]] precedent that had upheld it, before its justification as a tax was repealed.
