The student will best benefit from this course of study by adopting a disciplined pattern of regular, dedicated study times and days of the week, in a place that is secure from physical and mental distractions and interruptions. Begin with a humble prayer for enlightenment and understanding. Experts in the dynamics of educational study recommend for the average student an optimum of four days of study of any one subject per week and a study period of four hours per day of study, with breaks of 10 minutes at least once every 2 hours. Setting aside the first day of the week free of study (Sunday), the optimum pattern of four days of study per week are two days separated by one day: Monday and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; Tuesday and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday; Sunday afternoons are suggested, beginning about 2 PM.
