:What difference does it make? [https://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-48964736 By inauguration day in January 2021, we'll all be dead anyway, according to the BBC.] Even if we passed Medicare for All, slave reparations, and a guaranteed income right now to save the planet from global warming as Democrats claim, Trump would probably veto it. ::Admittedly, adding large rider items on climate bills that are purported to deal with an impending natural disaster doesn't inspire much credence in the urgency felt by those who insist that they be so assembled, but generally if only progressives hadn't released so much misinformation, we ''might'' have taken the risk of slowing down our economies in order to reduce carbon dioxide output.

::It's too bad progressives aren't very persuasive; they might get more of what they want and be less angry. Ironically, if they could curb their own figurative smoke and noise pollution that goes along with their ideas, they'd be in agreement with people of other political affiliation more often so they could work together.  But I guess riding a shock wave of misinformation is their signature move.

::Who knows, maybe the literal smoke and noise of them rioting in Paris transported heat by means of convection currents from burning automobiles to Parisian temperature stations.  Meanwhile I would suggest that they cover their mouths to stop escaping carbon dioxide—it's urgent.
