On September 28, 2016 FBI Dir. [[James Comey]] [[perjury|perjured]] himself before the House Governmental Affairs Oversight Committee. In response to a question from Rep. Ratcliffe, Comey testified his decision not to recommend prosecution of Hillary Clinton came after her July 2, 2016 interview with the FBI.
