Manhattan U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman released a statement about the criminal case against Epstein saying "our investigation of the conduct charged in the Indictment—which included a [[conspiracy]] count—remains ongoing."  Bill Barr said “Let me assure you that this case will continue on against anyone who was complicit with Epstein. Any co-conspirators should not rest easy.”
