For many Christians, the day of Sabbath is Sunday. This day however is to some extent arbitary - the exact date given to Moses has been lost.

For many Christians, the day of Sabbath is Sunday. Other Christians observe the Biblical Sabbath on Saturday (actually sundown Friday to sundown Saturday).

 

While it has been suggested that the exact date given to Moses has been lost this does not bear up under scrutiny. The weekly cycle has never been changed or lost and the seventh day of the week is known as "sabbath" in over 100 languages--http://www.seventh-day.org/chartweek.htm.
