In November 2019 Stone was convicted after Obama-appointed judge [[Amy Berman Jackson]] refused to allow evidence that the United States [[Department of Justice]] and [[intelligence community]] had never established evidence that any [[Russia]]s entity was responsible for the leak of materials from [[DNC]] to [[Wikileaks]].
