Changes

*Well you are either incredibly naive, or misinformed.  All of the American Congress and politics in this country works like that.  Bills are introduced, negotiated behind closed doors, then brought to a public vote, and up until that vote, accomodations and changes are continually made, all in those "dark recesses" you talk about.  It seems to work, as we are indeed the oldest enduring Democratic Republic in the entire world.  We pride ourselves here at CP at not being like Wikipedia, where possibly good and valuable editors such as yourself, are not called out and subjected to public ridicule by other users, who may or may not have more expertise on the article in question. Is that your idea of American?  Disagreements between users are better played out without that public stage, unless and until a resolution cannot be reached.  Those prefering it otherwise, I suspect of liking public drama and "pot stirring" which on any site is counter-productive.  In any event, I have explained to you how we prefer it to work, so unless and until you contact Ed Poor, and ask for his thinking, no action will be taken on this complaint. --[[User:TK|<small>Sysop-</small>TK]] _{[[User_talk:TK|/MyTalk]]} 06:59, 14 May 2007 (EDT)

In addition I don't like your threats "you have been warned, next time..." or your "Andy has granted this and that authority". I really don't know what powers you have, but I see only you using them. For example, I don't see Ed Poor behaving like you. More to the point, I don't see Andy behaving like you. It is entirely possible that before every move you make you consult with Andy.
