It is widely considered to be a [[cult]], in that it rejects the doctrine of the [[Trinity]], and also rejects the eternal existence of Jesus Christ (claiming that God the Father literally created him when Mary was conceived by the Holy Spirit (which they also reject as a separate Person, claiming it to be a reference to God).  It also does not consider [[abortion]] to be murder, disavows baptism as instituted by God for Jews only and for a limited time (they are also unclear as to whether they subscribe to the theory of [[Anglo-Israelism]]) and are quite tolerant of members using tobacco and alcohol.
