::::That's a good question. It sounds like a problem we would need to troubleshoot in the template code. You could try inserting other images just to test, and see if they have the same issue. :::::I don't think it's the template code that's the problem. Because the image you uploaded had empty space on both the left and the right and there was more space on the left, it appears (on the [[Jenean Hampton|content page]] in the template) to be small and right of center. Do you suppose you can re-upload the image without the extraneous space? I was not initially aware that there was the empty space in the original file in the source linked.
:::::Also, out of topic, but is the image in public domain? It wasn't specified in the website, and it says "Official Portrait" and looks like it's most likely a government picture. In addition, the image was apparently used [https://www.wdrb.com/bevin-and-hampton---official-portraits-ky-gov-jpg/image_1e9418a4-8642-11e9-946a-0fca1d07d828.html here] and the file was attributed to ky.gov, which would be a government website.
