Andargachew Tsege, a [[UK]] citizen of Ethiopian origin was top on the list of dissidents that the regime wanted back. Tsege, who was one of the key figures during the 2005 popular movement for change and democracy in Ethiopia, already received two death sentences ''in absentia'' in 2009 and 2012.
