Let's start with the first line. Apart from the attempt to have Rome naming the area with some sort of malice aforethought ("Let's call it Palestine so we can upset the Jews...") it's just plain wrong. It was the Roman Province of Judaea! And let's remember who ran the place: a Jew called Herod. The area of the land covered by the term "Palestine" has varied over the centuries but has usually included an area greater than that....e.g. western Jordan, southern Lebanon.
