A native of Bloomfield Hills, a suburb of [[Detroit]], [[Michigan]], Stockman opposed the [[RINO]]s by refusing to vote for [[Moderate Republican]] [[John Boehner]] of [[Ohio]] as [[Speaker of the House]].  Stockman also called for the [[impeachment]] of [[U.S. President]] [[Barack H. Obama]].
