A rule should be imposed that debaters cannot simply cut and paste redundant spam from their stated reserved positions into the free-flowing debate section, but must expand on or articulate answers to specific points and questions. Additional subheads can be created as the free flowing debate takes various twists and turns. Sound reasonable?
