I would like to request upload rights, since I am really trying to get the flagicons from Wikipedia from Conservapedia, to show the small flag icons, like <nowiki>{{USA}} or {{CHN}}</nowiki>. I have one more step, and that is uploading flags, but I can't do it, since it says "You do not have permission to upload this file, for the following reason:
The action you have requested is limited to users in one of the groups: Administrators, Upload.".
